Is two hours enough for an interior detail?

For a car in reasonable shape, yes. Two focused hours covers a full vacuum, every interior plastic wiped down, and the glass. If we arrive and the car clearly needs more, we say so before starting and suggest the right package instead of rushing the wrong one.

Should I book interior or exterior detailing?

Whichever bothers you more, since the Refresh covers one or the other at the same price. Most people in Surrey book the interior first, because crumbs, dust, and clean glass make the biggest daily difference. If you want both in one visit, that is the Reset.

Do you need my water or power?

No. The van carries its own water tank, generator, and everything else, so a driveway, a street spot, or a parkade all work.
