Contact and booking
The quickest route is the online booking calendar: pick your package, your vehicle size, any add-ons, and a time that genuinely works. If your car needs something unusual, message us first and we will tell you honestly what it needs.
Before you book
Before I leave, we walk around the car together. You look at it with me, in daylight, while I'm still standing there.
If something's wrong after I've gone, a panel I missed, a spot that didn't lift, text me within 72 hours and I'll come back and redo that area. No charge, no form, no argument.
If I still can't put it right, you don't pay for that part of the job.
The live calendar shows real availability, including which slots are still open this week. Booking takes about two minutes, and you pay at the end of the job by card, e-transfer, or cash.

Quicker than a phone call if you are at work, and the easiest way to send a photo of the car so we can tell you which package it needs.

When you book, we collect card details to hold the slot. Nothing is charged at that point, and you pay at the end of the job by card, e-transfer, or cash. Reschedule or cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment and there is no charge at all, no questions asked. Inside 24 hours, or if we arrive and the car is not available to work on, we charge a $50 fee for the slot we held. That is it. We would always rather move your booking than charge you, so if something comes up, just tell us early.
We are a mobile service based in Surrey, so there is no shop to visit: the van comes to you. The Showroom coating work is done in our garage by arrangement, and we confirm the address with you when you book it.
We detail across Surrey, Langley, Delta, Abbotsford, Newton, Fleetwood, South Surrey, White Rock, North Delta, Tsawwassen, New Westminster, Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Cloverdale, Guildford, and Ladner. Check your area or ask if you are just outside the list.

No. Most people hand over the keys and get on with their day. We just agree at the start where the keys should end up when we finish.
Usually yes. The van is fully self-contained, so office lots and underground parkades work as well as driveways. Just make sure we are allowed to park there for the length of the service.
We cover Surrey, Langley, Delta, Abbotsford, Newton, Fleetwood, South Surrey, White Rock, North Delta, Tsawwassen, New Westminster, Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Cloverdale, Guildford, and Ladner. If you are nearby but not on the list, ask; the van has wheels and we often route close by.
